At S.Y. Wilson, we work hard to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely. Please review our shipping details below before placing your order.

Shipping Rates

Contiguous United States

  • $7.95 flat-rate standard shipping on orders under $99.

  • FREE standard shipping on orders of $99 or more.

Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories (American Samoa,  Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific)

  • $30 flat-rate shipping regardless of order amount.

  • Free-shipping promotions do not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.

In-Store Pickup

  • FREE in-store pickup is available at our Arlington, Tennessee store.

Certain oversized, heavy, hazardous, or freight items may require additional shipping charges or may be available for in-store pickup only. Any applicable restrictions will be shown on the product page or at checkout

Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.  Please check your spam folder as sometimes filters may move our emails. 

  • Please allow additional time for shipping during holidays or special promotions.

In-Store Pickup

  • Free local pickup is available at our store for your convenience.

  • You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Item Restrictions

  • Certain large or oversized items, including kayaks and some coolers, cannot be shipped due to size and carrier restrictions.

  • These items are available for in-store pickup only.

International Shipping

  • At this time, S.Y. Wilson does not offer international shipping. Orders can only be shipped within the contiguous United States.
