At S.Y. Wilson, we work hard to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely. Please review our shipping details below before placing your order.

Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping is offered on orders over $24.98.  (Orders $24.98 or less will be charged $4.98 shipping)

  • Flat rate shipping charge of $30.00 for the following locations: Alaska, American Samoa,  Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific

Processing & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.  Please check your spam folder as sometimes filters may move our emails. 

  • Please allow additional time for shipping during holidays or special promotions.

In-Store Pickup

  • Free local pickup is available at our store for your convenience.

  • You’ll receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Item Restrictions

  • Certain large or oversized items, including kayaks and some coolers, cannot be shipped due to size and carrier restrictions.

  • These items are available for in-store pickup only.

International Shipping

  • At this time, S.Y. Wilson does not offer international shipping. Orders can only be shipped within the contiguous United States.
