Refund policy

At S.Y. Wilson, we want you to love every purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange according to the policy below.

Returns

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Exclusions:

    • Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

    • Seasonal and holiday merchandise are final sale.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or store credit, once the item has been inspected and approved.

  • Returns made without a receipt may be issued as store credit at the current selling price.

Online Returns

  • To start an online return, please email David@sywilson.com.

  • Once approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label.

  • A $6.95 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

  • Please ensure items are securely packaged before mailing them back.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt.

  • For online exchanges, please email David@sywilson.com to confirm product availability before returning your item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
