At S.Y. Wilson, we want you to love every purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange according to the policy below.
Returns

Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Seasonal and holiday merchandise are final sale.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment or store credit, once the item has been inspected and approved.

Returns made without a receipt may be issued as store credit at the current selling price.
Online Returns

To start an online return, please email David@sywilson.com.

Once approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label.

A $6.95 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Please ensure items are securely packaged before mailing them back.
Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.
