Reservation Terms & Booking Policy

Welcome to S.Y. Wilson & Co. Indoor Golf, located in the heart of Historic Depot Square in Arlington, Tennessee!

We want your simulator experience to be fun, easy and enjoyable. Please review the following reservation terms before completing your booking. By selecting “I Accept”, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

RESERVATIONS & PAYMENT

Simulator bays are reserved by the hour. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

Your reservation begins and ends at the scheduled times shown on your booking.

A small portion of your session may be used for initial simulator setup, player login, and a brief explanation of simulator operation and safety guidelines.

Golfers play at different speeds and skill levels. S.Y. Wilson & Co. cannot guarantee that your group will complete a specific number of holes, rounds, courses or challenges during your reserved time. Please consider your group size and pace of play when selecting your reservation length.

ARRIVAL & LATE ARRIVALS

Please arrive approximately 10 minutes before your scheduled reservation to allow time for check-in and preparation.

Your reservation ends at the originally scheduled time regardless of your arrival time. We cannot extend a session into another customer's reservation.

If you arrive 15 minutes or more after your scheduled start time without notifying us, S.Y. Wilson & Co. reserves the right to release the simulator to another waiting customer. Late arrivals and missed time are not eligible for refunds or additional playing time.

If the simulator is available following your reservation, you may extend your session by purchasing additional time.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian while using the golf simulators.

Parents and guardians are responsible for the conduct and safety of minors in their group.

FOOTWEAR

For your comfort and to protect our simulator turf, we recommend clean athletic shoes or spikeless golf shoes.

The following footwear is not permitted on the simulator turf:

• Metal-spiked golf shoes
• Soft-spiked golf shoes
• High heels

Open-toed footwear, including sandals and flip-flops, is strongly discouraged.

EQUIPMENT & SAFETY

Guests are expected to follow all posted rules and staff instructions while using the simulator.

Only the golfer actively hitting should be inside the designated hitting area. All other guests should remain safely behind the golfer and clear of the golfer's swing.

Please do not move, adjust or tamper with simulator equipment without assistance from an S.Y. Wilson & Co. team member.

Guests may be held responsible for damage caused by reckless, intentional or improper use of simulator equipment or facilities.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Full payment is required when the reservation is booked.

Reservations cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time will receive a 100% refund of the reservation payment.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled reservation are non-refundable.

No-shows are non-refundable.

Reservations may be rescheduled at least 48 hours before the scheduled reservation, subject to simulator availability.

S.Y. Wilson & Co. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a reservation due to equipment malfunction, store closure, severe weather or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In these situations, customers will receive the option of a full refund or transferring their payment to another available reservation.

SESSION END & CLEANUP

All simulator sessions must end at the scheduled reservation time so our team can reset and prepare the bay for the next group.

Please gather personal belongings and equipment promptly at the conclusion of your session.

If no reservation immediately follows yours, additional simulator time may be purchased subject to availability.
